NO SMOKING:
This a non smoking apartment. If you want to smoke, please do it on the terrace.

TRANQUILITY:
Parties in the apartment are prohibited.
Please speak softly on the terrace to respect tranquility of the neighbours, especially during summer when all the windows are open.
For this reason, the terrace should not be occupied after 10:30 pm.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES:
Arrival time should be from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. We can arrange other arrival times depending on previous hosts departure. If you arrive in the morning, you can let your luggage in the apartment, get the keys and come back at 3:00 pm or later.
Departure time should be at 10:00 am. We can arrange later departure time depending on next hosts arrival.

AT YOUR DISPOSAL:
Bed sheets and towels are at your disposal, as well as hair dryer.
You can use salt, pepper, spices, oils and vinagers in the kitchen. Please replace them before they get empty for next hosts.
Toilet paper and tissues (in the bedroom) are at your disposal, as well as ear plugs in case there is a party in the neighbourhood.
In the kitchen, you will find many teas and herbal teas, you can drink them (they are samples of the competitors that I have used for benchmark for my professional activity).

PERSONAL BELONGINGS:
I have let personal belongings in the cupboards, please do not use them.
